In order for us to locate your payment we will need some information from you. Please complete the contact form and include the following information:
- Date of payment
- Amount paid
- Method of payment
- Cheque number/ Last 4 digits from the card you used to make payment
- Name of the account holder
- Auth code (if receipt received)
