All our colleagues receive extensive training, development and support to instil our mediating approach to debt resolution. Our code of conduct incorporates the principles of the Equalities Act 2010, and we do not tolerate any behaviour or practice which treats any individual or group less favourably because of age, disability, gender reassignment, marital status, race, religion, sex or sexual orientation. We respect our role as an intermediary between our clients and customers and always aim to identify a sustainable solution.
We conduct all our businesses and activities in full compliance with applicable law and regulation, including the UK Bribery Act 2020.
