“I have worked at DRP since 2019, initially starting as an appeals handler before progressing to senior appeals handler and then appeals team leader. More recently, I have moved into a technical support role in which my responsibilities include ensuring that departments across the business maintain compliance with industry regulations and adapt to changes within the private parking sector. Although each day brings new challenges, the support from the people within the business helps me to face these challenges head on. I enjoy my role; it is rewarding to work for an organisation that supports career development and invests time and resources in its people.”

My Career at Debt Recovery Plus
Helen initially joined DRP, part of Bristow & Sutor Group, as an Executive Assistant before moving to Bristow & Sutor to take on the role of Group Social Responsibility & Customer Welfare Manager, and eventually being appointed as Group Head of External Affairs. Helen said "This is where my passion has always been and I am thankful that this was both recognised and encouraged by my employers."
Developing your career
We love to see our colleagues develop their career and we’ve seen many of our existing colleagues move across and up through the three businesses in the Group.
